My name is Quang The Nguyen. I was born in Vietnam in 1958. I escaped Communist Vietnam and came to Pulau Bidong Refugee Camp in Malaysia in April 1988. I was accepted to resettle in the United States of America as a political refugee. I came to America on September 1st, 1989. I worked as a shipping and receiving clerk in a toy warehouse in Jersey City, New Jersey for two months. Then, I moved to San Jose and worked as waiter/dishwasher for four months before getting a stable job as a high school paraprofessional. I worked as a classroom bilingual paraprofessional for 7 years. In these seven years I went to school during nighttime. I got my B.A. Degree in Social Sciences and the Single Subject Teaching Credential in Social Sciences from San Jose State University, California. I have been teaching at Silver Creek High School, East Side Union High School District since Fall 1997. I created the Dân Chủ Việt Movement on June 3, 2013, the Dân Chủ Việt Party on December 28, 2014, and the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile on January 28, 2016. Dear President Donald J. Trump, Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile claims territorial sovereignty over Vietnam from Ải Nam Quan to Mũi Cà Mau with Paracel Islands and Spratly Islands.

Communist Vietnam is the puppet regime of the evil international force of Communism, which is collapsing.

In fact, the Communist authorities have never been voted by the people in a free election. Therefore, the Communist authorities are illegal.

The government of the Republic of Vietnam is legal because it is voted by the people in a free election. It loses a battle and goes into exile, but it exists as the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile (Chính Phủ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà Lưu Vong).

The Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile is ready to sign strategic cooperation with the United States of America in fighting against China’s expansionism to restore the Republic of Vietnam.

Let’s work together to save Vietnam and the World from Communism and China’s expansionism!
