My name is Quang The Nguyen. I was born in Vietnam in 1958. I escaped Communist Vietnam and came to Pulau Bidong Refugee Camp in Malaysia in April 1988. I was accepted to resettle in the United States of America as a political refugee. I came to America on September 1st, 1989. I worked as a shipping and receiving clerk in a toy warehouse in Jersey City, New Jersey for two months. Then, I moved to San Jose and worked as waiter/dishwasher for four months before getting a stable job as a high school paraprofessional. I worked as a classroom bilingual paraprofessional for 7 years. In these seven years I went to school during nighttime. I got my B.A. Degree in Social Sciences and the Single Subject Teaching Credential in Social Sciences from San Jose State University, California. I have been teaching at Silver Creek High School, East Side Union High School District since Fall 1997. I created the Dân Chủ Việt Movement on June 3, 2013, the Dân Chủ Việt Party on December 28, 2014, and the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile on January 28, 2016. Letter to President Joe Biden on June 19, 2022

Dear US President Joe Biden,

China has openly declared its ambition to dominate the world. China has occupied most of the South China Sea and threatened the independence of the neighboring countries.

Faced with the risk that China would use force to invade neighboring countries like Taiwan and Vietnam, and thus threaten the security of the United States, you should promptly recognize the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile.

The Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile will sign a strategic cooperation agreement as an ally allowing the United States and the Allies to enter Vietnamese territory and territorial waters to fight the Chinese Communists and the puppet Viet Cong.

You also should know that the Vietnamese people do not welcome Communism but long for the Republic of Vietnam to represent them to be on the side of the Free World.

Kính thưa Tổng Thống Hoa Kỳ Joe Biden,

Tàu Cộng đã công khai tuyên bố có tham vọng thống trị thế giới. Tàu Cộng đã độc chiếm hầu hết Biển Đông và đe doạ sự độc lập của các nước lân bang.

Trước nguy cơ Tàu sử dụng vũ lực đánh chiếm các nước lân bang như Đài Loan và Việt Nam, và như thế, đe doạ an ninh của Hoa Kỳ, Tổng Thống nên nhanh chóng công nhận Chính Phủ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà Lưu Vong.

Chính Phủ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà Lưu Vong sẽ ký hợp tác chiến lược với tư cách đồng minh cho phép Hoa Kỳ và Đồng Minh vào lãnh thổ và lãnh hải Việt Nam để chống Tàu Cộng và Việt Cộng bù nhìn.

Tổng Thống cũng cần biết rằng người dân Việt Nam không hoan hỷ đón nhận Cộng Sản nhưng ngóng mong Việt Nam Cộng Hoà đại diện cho dân đứng về phe Thế Giới Tự Do.
