My name is Quang The Nguyen. I was born in Vietnam in 1958. I escaped Communist Vietnam and came to Pulau Bidong Refugee Camp in Malaysia in April 1988. I was accepted to resettle in the United States of America as a political refugee. I came to America on September 1st, 1989. I worked as a shipping and receiving clerk in a toy warehouse in Jersey City, New Jersey for two months. Then, I moved to San Jose and worked as waiter/dishwasher for four months before getting a stable job as a high school paraprofessional. I worked as a classroom bilingual paraprofessional for 7 years. In these seven years I went to school during nighttime. I got my B.A. Degree in Social Sciences and the Single Subject Teaching Credential in Social Sciences from San Jose State University, California. I have been teaching at Silver Creek High School, East Side Union High School District since Fall 1997. I created the Dân Chủ Việt Movement on June 3, 2013, the Dân Chủ Việt Party on December 28, 2014, and the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile on January 28, 2016. Letter to President Joe Biden on September 19, 2021

(Second Letter to President Joe Biden)

Dear President Joe Biden,

My name is Quang The Nguyen.

I am an American citizen.

I am President of the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile.

I am concerned that Red China will eliminate the Vietnamese people and annex Vietnam as the first step in its evil plan to enslave the whole world.

I would like to share with you my opinion about the Communist regime of Vietnam and to request you to help us restore the Republic of Vietnam.

The Communist Vietnam government is a puppet of the Communist China government. Therefore, Red Vietnam will surely side with Red China when swinging is no longer an option.

The Vietnamese Communist Party (VCP) is completely controlled by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Therefore, there’s no way we could trust the VCP to side with the US in confronting the CCP.

The people of Vietnam and the people of China are against their Communist regimes, and all want the US to liberate them from Communism.

We Vietnamese people inland and overseas are longing for the US to defeat China so that the VCP will disintegrate as a result, and we can be eventually freed from China’s domination and Communism.

I created the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile with the hope that the US Government will recognize it so that it could sign strategic cooperation with the US as an ally. That means, the US, as an ally, will have the noble reason to enter Vietnam’s territory to fight against both the CCP and the VCP to liberate the Vietnamese people from bondage and slavery.

We pray to God that you would soon save America and the World from China’s expansionism, which would otherwise enslave all of us.

We, the Vietnamese people inland and overseas, would like to request that you recognize the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile and help it restore the Republic of Vietnam.

We Vietnamese people do not want to be misunderstood as part of China or to be destroyed as China’s ally.

Only a small number of the high ranked VCP officials want Vietnam to be Red China’s ally.

The Vietnamese people want Vietnam to side with the US and the Free World.

Mr. President,

Liberate us from China and the Communist totalitarian regime!

Help us restore the Republic of Vietnam!
