Once again, I would humbly congratulate you on winning the presidential election!
In fact, I voted for you. This is the first time I voted for a Republican candidate since I became a US citizen 21 years ago because I believe in your words that you will eliminate Communism.
Out of the concern that Red China would annex Vietnam and South China Sea, I wrote a letter to President Barack Obama asking for the permission to set up the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile on January 28, 2016. I later sent him some other letters asking for help to restore the Republic of Vietnam so that it could be an ally with the US in fighting aggressive Red China and informing him of what was going on in Vietnam. I did not receive any response from him. I believe he unofficially gave me the permission; thus, I started building up the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile.
Now that you are taking over the US office of presidency very soon, I would like to send you the request again with your name as US President and the current date to renew the permission to form the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile. I would also ask you to liberate the Vietnamese people from Chinese bondage. And the signers of the petition this time are the whole Cabinet of the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile.
I have successfully persuaded several people to join the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile so that it could be ready to fulfill its mission of being a US ally in stopping the aggressive Red China’s ambition to conquer the world. Many brilliant democracy activists in Vietnam and all over the world told me that they appreciate what I am doing and that they will join the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile when I have the official permission from the US President/Government. It would be very helpful to the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile that we are building up if you could promptly respond to our request.
Frankly, I am doing all this because I want to be a responsible Vietnamese American in responding to the aggressive Red China’s intention to annex Vietnam and the international South China Sea. Red China has not only illegally challenged US core interests but also threatened the security of the region and the world, including the United States of America. I just got involved in politics of Vietnam recently when I felt China was going to swallow South China Sea and annex Vietnam. China‘s ambition of expansionism is threatening the world order and security and should be stopped.
The United Stated of America should help us Vietnamese Americans to restore the Republic of Vietnam so that it could be an ally of the United States of America in curbing China’s expansionism.

Do quan tâm rằng Tàu Cộng sẽ sát nhập Việt Nam và Biển Đông, tôi viết thư cho Tổng Thống Barack Obama xin phép thành lập Chính Phủ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà Lưu Vong ngày 28 tháng Giêng năm 2016. Sau đó, tôi gởi cho ông ta một số thư khác thỉnh cầu giúp đỡ phục hoạt Việt Nam Cộng Hoà để Việt Nam Cộng Hoà có thể là đồng minh với Hoa Kỳ chiến đấu chống Tàu Cộng hung hãn và thông báo cho ông chuyện gì đã xảy ra ở Việt Nam. Tôi không nhận được hồi đáp nào từ ông ấy. Tôi tin rằng ông ta đã một cách không chính thức cho tôi được phép; do đó, tôi đã khởi sự xây dựng Chính Phủ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà Lưu Vong.
Bây giờ Ngài sắp tiếp quản văn phòng tổng thống Hoa Kỳ, tôi muốn gởi đến Ngài thỉnh cầu của tôi một lần nữa với tên của Ngài là tổng thống Hoa Kỳ và ngày tháng hiện tại để làm mới sự xin phép thành lập Chính Phủ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà Lưu Vong. Tôi cũng xin thỉnh cầu Ngài hãy giải phóng dân tộc Việt Nam khỏi gông cùm nô lệ Tàu Cộng. Và những người ký tên trong thơ thỉnh cầu lần này là tất cả Nội Các của Chính Phủ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà Lưu Vong.
Tôi đã thành công thuyết phục được nhiều người tham gia Chính Phủ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà Lưu Vong để chính phủ này có thể sẵn sàng hoàn thành sứ mạng đồng minh với Hoa Kỳ trong việc chặn đứng tham vọng hung hãn của Tàu Cộng muốn chiếm cả thế giới.
Nhiều nhà hoạt động dân chủ sáng giá ở Việt Nam cũng như trên toàn thế giới đã nói với tôi rằng họ đánh giá rất cao công việc tôi đang làm và họ sẽ tham gia Chính Phủ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà Lưu Vong khi tôi có phép chính thức từ Tổng Thống/Chính Phủ Hoa Kỳ.

I have voted for you in all three recent elections because I believe you have a patriotic heart and reasonable domestic and foreign policies.
I see that China has ambitions to take over the South China Sea and annex Vietnam to subsequently dominate the world.
China’s expansionist ambitions must be stopped for the benefit of the United States, as well as for world security and the happiness of humanity.
People around the world have realized how terrible the dictatorial regime of the Communist Party is and all wish for freedom and democracy.

As an ally of the Republic of Vietnam, the United States could legally enter the sea and the territory of Vietnam to drive away the Chinese Communists and the Vietnamese Communists.
Vietnam will be free at last from both Chinese bondage and Communism!
