Chính Phủ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà Lưu Vong

Kính thưa đồng bào, quý chiến hữu và quý vị,

Việt Nam Cộng Hoà chỉ thua một trận và đi lưu vong.

Việt Nam Cộng Hoà vẫn sống trong hầu hết các cộng đồng người Việt tỵ nạn Cộng Sản ở khắp nơi trên thế giới với Cờ Vàng Ba Sọc Đỏ và Quốc Ca Việt Nam Cộng Hoà.

Việt Nam Cộng Hoà vẫn sống trong lòng người dân Việt hải ngoại và quốc nội yêu chuộng độc lập, tự do, dân chủ, nhân quyền.

Cờ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà vẫn bay phất phới khắp nơi trên thế giới, nơi có người Việt Tự Do sinh sống.

Cờ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà hiện hữu ở sự kiện quốc tế Kỷ Niệm 60 Năm Hội Nghị Các Nước Á Phi tại Bandung, Indonesia (1955 – 2015).

Việt Nam Cộng Hoà vẫn sống hùng hồn qua sự hiện hữu và hoạt động của Chính Phủ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà Lưu Vong và của hàng trăm, hàng ngàn tổ chức, đảng phái chống Cộng của người Việt Quốc Gia khắp nơi trên thế giới.

Việt Nam Cộng Hoà sẽ trở về thay thế Cộng Sản và xây dựng lại quê hương.

Việt Nam Cộng Hoà chưa bao giờ đầu hàng và chưa bao giờ chết.

Tưởng nhớ chiến sĩ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà anh hùng đã anh dũng hy sinh vì tổ quốc là điều đúng đắn!

Nhưng, không nên tưởng nhớ Việt Nam Cộng Hoà vì Việt Nam Cộng Hoà chưa chết!

Cùng nhau, chúng ta sẽ giải cứu Quốc Gia Dân Tộc và thế giới thoát Cộng thoát Tàu!

The Republic of Vietnam Lost One Battle and Went into Exile

Ladies and gentlemen,

The Republic of Vietnam lost only one battle and had to go into exile.

The Republic of Vietnam still lives in most Vietnamese refugee communities around the world with the Yellow Flag with Three Red Stripes and the National Anthem of the Republic of Vietnam.

The Republic of Vietnam still lives in the hearts of the Vietnamese overseas and inland who love independence, freedom, democracy and human rights.

The flag of the Republic of Vietnam is still fluttering all over the world, where the Free Vietnamese live.

The flag of the Republic of Vietnam is present at the international event celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Conference of Asian and African Countries in Bandung, Indonesia (1955 – 2015).

The Republic of Vietnam still lives eloquently through the existence and activities of the Republic of Vietnam Government in Exile and of hundreds of anti-Communist organizations and parties of the National Vietnamese people around the world.

The Republic of Vietnam will return to replace the Communists and rebuild the homeland.

The Republic of Vietnam did not surrender and hasn’t ever died. Duong Van Minh is not a constitutional president.

Remembering the heroic soldiers of the Republic of Vietnam who heroically sacrificed their lives for the country is the right thing to do!

But we should not remember or commemorate the Republic of Vietnam because the Republic of Vietnam has not died yet!

Together, we will save Vietnam and the world from Communism and Chinese domination!
